Scott Drumheller

Scott Drumheller advises management and boards of directors of companies and non-profit organizations in governance, compliance, fiduciary duties, employment law counseling and litigation, civil litigation, enterprise risk management, dispute resolution and commercial contracts. Scott represents clients before international, federal and state courts and administrative agencies.

Scott served as General Counsel & Secretary for Lions Clubs International in Oak Brook, Illinois, for 11 years and Chief Executive Officer of LCI for four years. LCI is a global non-profit association and leader in community and humanitarian service comprised of more than 47,000 clubs and 1,425,000 members in over 200 countries. As CEO, Scott led strategic initiatives and managed operations with an $82 million budget and 340 employees at corporate headquarters and three regional offices in India, Japan and Korea. As General Counsel & Secretary, Scott advised the executive team and board of directors in all corporate legal matters and enterprise risk management, including corporate governance, compliance, employment, employee benefits, tax, insurance programs, intellectual property and licensing, managing complex litigation and outside counsel, and internal dispute resolution procedures. Prior to joining LCI, Scott was a partner in a Chicago area law firm representing management in labor and employment law matters, and he was also an associate at Jackson Lewis, a national labor and employment law firm with 60 offices and over 900 attorneys.

Scott is a member of the Board of Directors of the Geneva Chamber of Commerce, CASA of DuPage County and Bartlett Learning Center (Clare Woods Academy & Cupertino Home). Scott previously served as Chairperson of the Nonprofit Organizations Committee of the Association of Corporate Counsel in 2011-2012. Scott served as Chairperson of the Governance Committee, Treasurer and as a member of the Board of Directors of DuPage Pads from 2010-2015.
